PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the Geothermal Resource Permit (GRP) No. 2, Condition No. 21, issued by the Hawaii County Planning Commission, and the Noncovered Source Permit (NSP) Attachment IIB, Section E.3, issued by the Hawaii State Department of Health (HDOH), Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) hereby gives notice of plans to recommence the drilling of geothermal well Kapoho State 19 (KS-19) on or about March 27, 2022, or shortly thereafter.
