The Hawai‘i Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a program of the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Established in 1990, the Hawaii Small Business Development Center is the only statewide business assistance organization in Hawaii.
